Stoneleigh Coffee Processors Limited (SCPL) is a subsidiary of JCCL, and is responsible for the processing of Jamaica Blue Mountain Coffee. The cherry ripe coffee is received and processed into green beans at our factory located in the Blue Mountains. The process includes: pulping, drying, aging, hulling, polishing, grading, separating, hand sorting and packaging. The processing facility has an operational capacity of forty-five thousand (45,000) boxes of cherry ripe coffee per year. This quantity of cherry coffee provides an outturn of four hundred and fifty thousand pounds (450,000 lbs) of green beans. Our outturn matches, and often time exceeds, the industry average with seventy five percent (75%) of our beans being of exportable grade.
